Our Event Rental Policies

Payment
A 25% deposit and agreement to these policies are required in order to secure our services and reserve the date of your event. This deposit is non-refundable. Once you have paid the deposit, your date will be reserved on our calendar. Until your deposit is paid in full, your date is not reserved. Full payment for your event package must be received 60 days prior to the date of event services. All payments are non-refundable. If your payment is not made in full 60 days prior to your event date, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement.
Rental costs, setup fees, and calculated taxes will be listed in the initial quote/invoice. However, these numbers are subject to change due to the fluidity of the industry and its demand. Usage charges (damaged, broken, lost, or unclean returned items) will be applied only to the final invoice and are also subject to change at any time due to the demand of the market.
Postponement
If your event date is postponed, your services may be rescheduled within 365 days, pending our date of availability. If your date is postponed more than once you will incur a fee of 10% of your event package price to the next invoice.
Cancellations
Cancellations will not receive a refund on any monies paid and payment in full is still required with less than 30-day notice upon cancelation. Please note: 25% deposit is non-refundable regardless of situation wherein the event is canceled or client terminates this agreement. Should Wright Choice Rentals cancel services for any reason other than a breach of contract, client will be refunded full amount paid.
Vendor Contracts
Wright Choice Rentals is not held liable for any other third party’s breach of contract / agreement or their failure to provide their services. All liability lies with the agreements between each third party and the client. Wright Choice Rentals does not provide booking services between clients and other vendors/third parties.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wright Choice Rentals against any claims that may arise between customer and any other third parties as they may apply to this event or any services provided by Wright Choice Rentals.
